We love having colorful moments in our life. May be that is why one of the most celebrated festival in India is HOLI. And people everywhere celebrate Holi – an annual Hindu festival of colors to mark the beginning of spring and the triumph of good over evil. Apart from the mythological twist of the story of evil Holika and Prahlad to the endless and eternal love between Sri Krishna and Radha, Holi is about celebrating the spirit of life, harmony and love.
Like every year, Supertron also celebrated Holi in the office premises with great excitement to mark the festival which heralds the onset of spring in all its vibrant colours. It was all about spreading the joy, love and happiness and bit of mirth and smiles as well. Celebrating Holi with fellow Supertronites, it was an amazing experience. Since, the D-Day was not an off day, it was the evening time when everyone was ready to smear each other with color when they saw the lassi stall and the food has started to take place at their work station. The celebration started early for the Supertronites when all of them gathered at office entrance and started splashing gulal at each other and eventually, even those who were reluctant in the beginning started taking part in the colorful celebration. Sweets and snacks were already served and this time it was filled with wicked colors when few of the naughtiest ones planned to bring it to the attacking mode. The age-old saying “Bura na mano, Holi hai” echoed everywhere, even the trainees joined in and attacked their bosses with Gulaal.
This is how every year Team Supertron gather together to celebrate the festival of color and it is the space that fosters the growth of not only an individual but also the organization as a whole. The productivity of a company depends upon the office atmosphere. And this is how we do not stay boss or employee. This is how we have become SUPERTON FAMILY. Positive reinforcement can be planned for the employees in many ways. One of them is to celebrate the festivals together, within the office. And this is what has got Supertronites together.

As this is rightly said, Holi burns away all that is evil and brings us closer to the purity, this is what one saw in Supertron. Thus they ended the celebration on a high note and with promises to a naughtier one the next year!
